Clinical trials are the last and most important step before scientific discoveries can be delivered to patients in the form of new medicines and therapies. Halt the Salt?
Our bodies need sodium to function, but an overabundance can be a bad thing. By and large, Americans consume too much salt, mostly due to a diet heavy in processed foods.
